You didn’t lose your identity.

Your New Mission Mindset
In the military, the mission is handed to you.
In civilian life, you build the mission.

Think of this as:
- New AO
- New ROE
- New intel
- Same warrior
Your mission now might look like:
- Building a career with impact
- Creating financial security for your family
- Leading a team in business
- Protecting communities in security or emergency services
- Becoming a mentor or role model for the next generation
- Starting a business and proving to yourself you can win again
When you stop thinking:
“Who am I without the uniform?”
And start asking:
“How do I redeploy who I am in this next chapter?”

This chapter isn’t a downgrade.

You’re not “transitioning out.”
